PAYMENT POLICY:

By purchasing from Makenzie Co. Coaching LLC you are agreeing to pay the full amount owed in USD.

If you are using a payment plan, you are obligated to pay as agreed, on the dates agreed upon and in full, regardless of how you utilize the Container or if you choose not to participate in the Container.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable, regardless of how you utilize it, even if you choose not to participate.

All pay in full payments must also honor this payment policy. 

All payments come out on monthly on the exact date of purchase. It is your responsibility to make note of the date you pay and ensure money is available in your accounts.

If payments are late or not fulfilled, you will be removed from the Container until payments are back in good standing.

If you need your payment plan paused, you will lose access to all materials during the pause and will not receive access reinstated until payments are restarted and up to date. 

Please note that once you leave the membership, you lose access to all content.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Makenzie agrees to provide the following services as deemed fit: NLP Techniques and Hypnosis Work, Trauma Coaching Certifications, ISSA Fitness Certification. 

Makenzie will provide resources for client as needed, such as: PDFs, Worksheets, Homework, Audios, and External Links. Makenzie will be available via Telegram for Tier 2 clients within 48 hours, excluding public holidays, notified vacations, and weekends. 


PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: 

You agree that once purchased, it is up to you to read onboarding materials, emails, follow the links, and take full personal responsibility to do what is required once purchased. Makenzie will not chase you down if you personally choose not to follow through on your investments. 

By investing, you understand that Makenzie will provide with tools, guidance, coaching, materials, and support, however, you are ultimately responsible to create change, results, transformation in your life, relationships, fitness, or business.

You understand that while tools and coaching will be provided, Makenzie makes no guarantees regarding results. Any testimonials or examples are not promises of results for your situation.

By agreeing to these T&Cs, you are agreeing Makenzie is not responsible for your results. You accept, agree, understand you are fully responsible for what you choose to do and make of this Container. This journey is about you taking control of your results, choosing to fully support yourself, and being honest with yourself to get results.

We do not offer any legal, financial, or psychological advice and you understand Makenzie does not replace the care of other professionals. Clients understand that the material inside is not to be used to replace any professional mental health support.


PRIVACY: Makenzie will not disclose Client’s name linked to any shared marketing materials. The program will keep all coaching conversations and your information anonymous in any marketing efforts (e.g. celebration win screenshots).

You agree and acknowledges community coaching calls are recorded and will be uploaded to the portal.

You agree to keep confidential all materials, discussions, and identities of other members inside the Container. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the Container.

Makenzie reserves the right to terminate your access to the Container at any time for behavior deemed disrespectful, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: You acknowledge all coaching processes, language, materials provided to you during your time in the Container are Makenzie’s Intellectual Property. You are NOT allowed to duplicate, share, reproduce, or publish anything you receive in this Container without written consent by MAKENZIE CONKLIN.

CANCELLATION POLICY: FIERA is a year-long commitment. This isn’t a quick fix — it’s for those ready to build real, lasting results. By enrolling, you agree to complete the full term.

In rare cases where cancellation is necessary, you may request to cancel by submitting written notice. Once notice is submitted, two additional monthly payments are required, regardless of billing dates. Access will remain active through the period covered by those payments, and membership will officially end 30 days after the second payment has been made.
