2024 PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY: By purchasing from Makenzie Co. LLC you are agreeing to pay the full amount owed in USD. If you are using a payment plan you are obligated to pay as agreed, on the dates agreed and in full, regardless of how you utilize The Container or if you choose to not participate in The Container.
All deposits are non refundable. All containers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, regardless of how you utilize it, even if you choose to not participate. Change of mind IS NOT TOLERATED.
All payments come out one month after purchase, on the exact date of purchase. It is your responsibility to make note of this date, and ensure money is available in the account. If payments are late or not fulfilled you will be removed from the container until payments are back in good standing and fulfilled.

This agreement ("Agreement") begins at the date of purchase ("Effective Date").

SERVICES PROVIDED

MAKENZIE agrees to provide the following services as she sees fit; Life Coaching, Somatic modalities and concepts, Hypnosis/Energy Work and/or mentorship. MAKENZIE agrees to provide services related to life coaching and business mentoring, which includes but is not limited to access to the Coach's content, resources, courses, masterclasses, and business expertise.

JOURNEY AGREEMENTS

By investing in this CONTAINER you understand that MAKENZIE will provide you with tools, templates, guidance, knowledge, processes and support, however, ultimately YOU are responsible to create the change results you want in your life, relationships and/or business.

RESPONSIBILITY & OWNERSHIP

By signing this contract you are agreeing that MAKENZIE is not responsible for your results, including but not limited to the results within your life, business, or other areas. You accept, agree and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results. We do not offer any professional legal, medical, psychological or financial advice.

You agree to hold the MAKENZIE harmless from any and all claims, loss, or expense.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

By signing this contract, you are agreeing that you will not provide MAKENZIE’S personal information, WhatsApp number or Telegram/Voxer to anyone and understand that is a breach of contract and privacy if you do.

We will anonymize any feedback and testimonials, and will not disclose any of your personal private information, on your request.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All coaching processes, language, spreadsheets and materials that are provided to you during the course of this container are MAKENZIE CONKLIN’S Intellectual Property. You are NOT allowed to duplicate, share, reproduce, display or publish anything she shares in any way without written permission by MAKENZIE CONKLIN.

Any training's, concepts or framework provided to the Client within a paid container is to be integrated into the Client's business and is not to be distributed, duplicated, repurposed or copied into the content of the Client's own.

This is respecting the Clients investment, MAKENZIE’S intellectual property and other clients who invest in a container with MAKENZIE.

This includes any concepts MAKENZIE shares with the Client in their sessions/Telegram/Voxer although wherever applicable, you agree to - credit us with the provision of the Services.

TERMINATION

We may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect it:

you do not pay the Fees by the Payment Dates;
you fail to provide the Client Information or other information within a reasonable time of request;
you otherwise breach any obligation under the Agreement and or GUIDELINES;
we consider that mutual trust or confidence no longer exists; or
we determine that we are no longer able to perform the Services for any reason.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this contract.
