Makenzie Co. Coaching LLC – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any program, membership, or service from Makenzie Co. Coaching LLC ("Company," "Makenzie," "we"), you ("Client," "you") agree to the following terms in full.

1. Payment

All payments – deposits, monthly installments, and pay-in-full purchases – are non-refundable. This applies regardless of how much of the program you use or whether you participate at all.

If you're on a payment plan, each installment is due in full on the same calendar date each month, matching your original purchase date. You're responsible for tracking your due dates and ensuring funds are available.

If a payment fails or is late, your access is suspended until your account is brought current. A payment plan may be paused only by written request to Makenzie; while paused, you lose access to all program content, and access resumes once payments restart and the account is current. Missed payments do not reduce or cancel the total amount owed.

2. Services Provided

Makenzie will provide coaching and related services as applicable to your program, which may include NLP techniques, hypnosis work, trauma coaching certification, and ISSA fitness certification, along with supporting resources such as PDFs, worksheets, homework assignments, audio recordings, and external links.

3. Client Responsibility

Once you purchase, it's your responsibility to review onboarding materials, read emails, follow provided links, and complete the work required. Makenzie Co. Coaching will provide tools, guidance, coaching, and support, but will not follow up on your behalf if you choose not to engage.

You are solely responsible for the results you create in your life, relationships, fitness, or business. We make no guarantee of outcomes, and no testimonial, example, or case study should be read as a promise of results for your specific situation.

This program does not constitute legal, financial, or psychological advice, and does not replace the care of a licensed professional. Nothing provided should be used as a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Makenzie will not publicly attach your name to shared marketing materials (including win screenshots or testimonials) without your consent, and coaching details are kept anonymous in marketing use.
Group coaching calls are recorded and uploaded to the client portal for members' ongoing access.

You agree to keep all program materials, discussions, and the identities of other members confidential. Breaching this confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, language, materials, and content provided in this program are the intellectual property of Makenzie Conklin. You may not copy, duplicate, share, reproduce, or publish any of it, in whole or part, without prior written consent. This restriction continues after your program ends or your access is terminated.

6. Termination by Company

We may terminate your access at any time for conduct that is disrespectful, disruptive, or otherwise violates these Terms. Termination for cause under this section does not entitle you to a refund of any amount paid, and any remaining balance on a payment plan remains due under Section 1.

7. Cancellation

Month-to-month memberships: You may cancel at any time by cancelling through your profile or submitting written notice to Makenzie Co. Team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that period ends, and no partial refunds are issued for time already paid for.

Programs with a minimum term (6 months or longer): By enrolling in a minimum term, you commit to completing the full term. If circumstances require cancellation before the term ends, submit written notice to Makenzie Co Team via email. Upon receipt regardless of circumstance, one additional monthly payment is due regardless of your billing date as you are requesting to end a contract premature. Your access continues through the period that payment covers, and your membership formally ends 30 days after that final payment is made.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makenzie Co. Coaching LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from this program is limited to the total amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Makenzie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or emotional distress, arising from your participation in or use of the program.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

10. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with any order form or program agreement you sign, are the entire agreement between you and Makenzie Co. Coaching LLC and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
