Terms and Condition

Clients are subject to using the membership for their own personal goals and are able to use the resources provided at any time during their subscription period.

Clients understand that this is not a one on one based coaching experience, and are required to learn the material on their own time. The program will employ a range of methodologies, including coaching, and mentorship.

Client understands that the program makes no guarantees as to the outcome of the sessions or package. Clients understand that the material inside is not to be used to replace any professional mental health support. By participating in coaching services, mentorship, and/or consulting, Client acknowledges that MAKENZIE CONKLIN is not a psychologist, therapist, attorney, or financial advisor, and services do not replace the care of other professionals. Coaching and/or consulting is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or advice. Clients understand that it is up to them to determine the success of their time within the program, and is not up to the creator of the program.

Clients understand that there is monthly group coaching sessions provided once every month and can join the AUDACIOUS community for daily guidance and assistance during their time in the program. The average response rate for questions in the community board are 72 hours.

Harassment, bullying, and posting harmful content within the community board will result in termination of your access to AUDACIOUS and all of it's resources without discussion.

Any testimonials, earnings, or examples shown through website, programs, and/or services are only examples of what may be possible for Client.

There can be no assurance as to any particular outcome based on the use of program and/or services. Client acknowledges that program has not and does not make any representations as to the future income, sales, or potential profitability or loss of any kind that may be derived as a result of the use of website, programs, products or services. ​Any testimonials, earnings, or examples you provide to the program will be the program's property to be used at their discretion. By agreeing to this, you are agreeing to the use of these materials. The program will keep all coaching conversations and your information anonymous in any marketing efforts (e.g. celebration win screenshots).

Client acknowledges that calls may be recorded for purposes of fulfilling this Agreement.

In respect of the documents specifically created for the Client as part of this Agreement, the Coach maintains all of the copyright, other intellectual property rights and any other data or material used or subsisting in the Material whether finished or unfinished. Client receives one license for personal use of any content provided the Coach. Nothing in this Agreement shall transfer ownership of or rights to any intellectual property of the Coach to the Client, nor grant any right or license other than those stated in this Agreement.

Billing and Refund Policy

You will be charged a total of $891 in total or across your chosen monthly installments, after 365 days you will be charged $99 monthly. After the first 365 days have ended clients will have access to the program on a month-to-month basis for as long as they wish to remain in the program. When subscribing for a year, it is expected you are committing for the entirety of that time. Change in financial situation, change of heart, or lack of usage will not constitute reasons for cancellation. If you request to cancel earlier, the cancellation will not be honored unless you pay the remaining fees in full.

The billing system will give the client an 7 day period to process their monthly payment. If there is a failure to pay, their account will be terminated after the 7 day grace period.

There are no refunds provided. No usage on the account does not qualify as a reason for refunds, as it is up to client to determine how they use their membership.
